Participant Liability Waiver and Disclaimer

By registering for and attending Cebu Fursoc events, each participant expressly acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with ingress, participation, and egress. Cebu Fursoc, its officers, agents, and affiliates shall bear no liability for any illness, injury, property damage, theft, or loss sustained during the event. Participants are solely responsible for safeguarding their property and merchandise. In no event shall Cebu Fursoc be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits. Liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to funds available in Cebu Fursoc’s accounts at the time of claim.

Rego Policies

• Refunds and Transfers: All registrations are final unless otherwise specified in official announcements. No transfers to other participants or future events shall be permitted.
• Additional Badges: Extra badges purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Lost Badges: Replacement badges may be issued at the Registration Booth subject to payment of a reprint fee. Misuse of badges, including unauthorized transfer, shall result in confiscation and removal.
• Onsite Pick-up: Only the registered representative may collect badges. No proxy collection shall be allowed.
• Pass-to-Badge Exchange: Event passes must be exchanged for official badges; passes alone confer no rights of entry.

Table Assignment and Display Regulations

• Assignments: Tables shall be allocated by Cebu Fursoc staff. Early registrants may be granted priority selection subject to availability. All assignments are final and non-negotiable.
• Signage and Visibility: Table names and numbers must remain prominently displayed at all times. Alteration or concealment of official signage is prohibited.
• Display Limitations: All displays must remain within the assigned booth space and may not obstruct aisles, exits, or neighboring tables.
• Goods and Supplies: Merchandise and supplies must be confined to the designated area. Overflow into adjacent spaces is prohibited.
• Assistants and Chairs: Only authorized assistants with valid badges may operate behind tables. External chairs or unauthorized personnel are prohibited.

Prohibited Items and Sales Restrictions

• Weapons: Sale of real weapons or projectile-launching devices is strictly prohibited. Non-harmful replicas may be permitted subject to inspection.
• Adult Material: Explicit material may only be sold in compliance with age-verification protocols. Such material must be packaged discreetly in opaque containers and may not be publicly displayed.
• Other Prohibited Items: Open flames, flammable goods, food and beverages, helium balloons, amplified audio equipment, and hazardous substances are strictly forbidden.

Conduct and Enforcement

• Two-Strike Policy: Violations of these Terms shall result in a first strike warning. A second strike shall result in immediate removal without refund. Severe violations may warrant immediate expulsion.
• Incident Reporting: All incidents involving harassment, theft, disputes, or intellectual property concerns must be reported to Cebu Fursoc staff. Cebu Fursoc does not adjudicate IP disputes but may assist rights holders in requesting cessation of infringing sales.
• Display Conduct: Participants must respect neighboring exhibitors and maintain clear walkways. Non-compliance shall be subject to enforcement under the Two-Strike Policy.

Sales Reporting Obligations

Where applicable, participants shall submit daily gross sales reports prior to egress from the venue. Such reports are utilized for sponsorship acquisition, attendee behavior analysis, trend identification, pricing optimization, and calculation of applicable sales splits. Failure to comply may result in denial of egress or future participation.

Minors Policy

Participants under sixteen (16) years of age are strongly advised to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guardians may obtain a designated badge to assist minors within booth clusters. General attendance passes do not confer such privileges.

Amendments

Cebu Fursoc reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants are responsible for remaining informed of all updates, which shall take immediate effect upon publication through official channels
