Complimentary carer passes available with valid documentation.

Proof of care role and attendee need is required.

Carer passes only valid when accompanying the attendee.

Events are 18+ unless stated otherwise.

Bring a valid photo ID matching your registration.

Entry may be denied for rule violations or disruptive behavior.

A valid pass doesn’t guarantee access to all activities—some may fill up or require sign-ups.

Non-consensual physical contact is strictly prohibited.

Inappropriate public affection like groping or heavy kissing is not allowed.

No nudity or indecent exposure in event spaces.

Sexual activity in public or inappropriate areas is forbidden.

No sleeping, loitering, or trespassing in venue common areas.

Do not throw objects or cause items to fall from heights.

Deliberate damage to property or belongings is a violation.

Aggressive, violent, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.

Actions causing distress or hostility are unacceptable.

Bullying or harassment of any kind is not tolerated.

Verbal, physical, or sexual assault is strictly prohibited.

Unwelcome sexual advances or abusive behavior must stop immediately.

Everyone has the right to feel safe and respected.

Harassment does not require intent—impact matters.

False or misleading reports are also considered misconduct.

Costume is not consent.

“No” means no.

“Stop” means stop.

“Go away” means go away.

Respect venue property—vandalism or damage is a serious violation.

Do not attach signs or posters directly to hotel surfaces.

Use door hangers instead of taped signs to avoid damage.

Room booker is responsible for all guests and room condition.

Follow elevator queuing—priority goes to those with needs or handlers.

Keep your badge visible at all times, especially in costume.

Report lost badges to staff for verification and replacement.

Badges are non-transferable—fraudulent use leads to removal.

Wear shirt, pants/shorts, and shoes in public areas.

Overly revealing or fetish attire is not allowed in con spaces.

Leashes may not be used to lead or restrain others.

No underwear-only or excessively revealing outfits in convention areas.

Fursuits are welcome—just not in pools or restaurants.

Appropriate swimwear is required in pool and spa areas—no underwear or fetish-themed attire.

We do not mediate personal disputes between attendees.

Conduct outside event spaces is not monitored unless it breaches entry conditions.

We are not a court—disciplinary action requires rule violations.

Discriminatory speech or imagery is strictly prohibited.

Respectful behavior is expected from all attendees.

Violations may result in removal from the event.

Weapons, replicas, and hazardous items are banned.

Props require written approval and must never be used threateningly.

Bag checks may be conducted to ensure safety compliance.

Max altitude: 122m. Keep 30m away from others.

Drones must stay in direct visual line-of-sight.

No flights over crowds or unauthorized recordings.

Daytime flights only—no fog, clouds, or poor visibility.

Drones are banned indoors without written approval.

Organizers may inspect equipment and revoke drone permissions.

Intoxicated attendees may be asked to leave until sober.

BYO alcohol is not allowed in licensed hotel or convention areas.

Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited and will be reported.

Smoking and vaping are banned indoors unless clearly designated.

Stay 10m away from public entrances when smoking.

Follow posted signage and venue rules for smoking zones.

Sponsors receive recognition and commemorative perks.

Super Sponsors enjoy extra privileges and exclusive access.

Sponsorship is voluntary and supports the event community.

Media must wear a badge or be escorted by staff.

Unbadged media may not record or interview attendees.

Report unverified media to staff for attendee safety.

Event footage may be used for promotion or archives.

Attendees grant permission to use their likeness in public areas.

Photographers must ask before taking close-up shots.

Photography and filming are common at conventions and public areas.

If you don’t wish to appear in a shot, please step aside during recording.

Use of our name or logo must respect brand integrity.

We may request removal of misused or defamatory content.

Compliance with branding rules is required for participation.

Pets are not allowed in convention spaces.

Service animals are welcome with proper documentation.

Emotional support animals are not recognized under Philippine law.

“We” refers to Cebu Furry Society; “you” refers to attendees.

Attendees agree to hold organizers harmless for personal loss or injury.

Conditions of Entry may be updated at any time via official channels.

If one clause is invalid, the rest still apply.
